• You have the necessary knowledge, training, equipment, and facilities to safely handle these materials.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research materials.
• You understand that certain compounds may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory, and you accept full responsibility for verifying compliance for your intended use.

Pioneer Labs USA LLC reserves the right to deny access to the Website and sales of products to any underage or unqualified individuals.

The statements and information provided on the Website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by Pioneer Labs USA LLC or on the Website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; and no information on the Website should be construed as medical advice. Pioneer Labs USA LLC is a research-use-only (RUO) chemical supplier and not a compounding pharmacy, medical provider, or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. All products are labeled and marketed for research use only.

Pioneer Labs USA LLC is not a manufacturer, compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding pharmacy as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Pioneer Labs USA LLC does not open sealed containers. Therefore, inspection by Pioneer Labs USA LLC is not provided or possible. All products are sold by Pioneer Labs USA LLC AS IS, NO WARRANTY. Any defects should be reported to the manufacturer. Pioneer Labs USA LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).

Any communication by the Customer which leads us to believe that the Customer will use or intends to use our products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in a “Refusal to Sell” alert or a “Blacklist” email being sent to the Customer. This means the Customer will no longer be able to make purchases on the Website. All collected information will be added to our internal “Banned” database, which every order is checked against. If the Customer receives a ban, it is permanent. Pioneer Labs USA LLC will not, under any circumstances, tolerate the misuse of the Website or the products sold on the Website.

The following Prohibited Uses will not be tolerated and will land you on our Blacklist, which, as mentioned, is a lifetime ban. The products shall NOT be used for:

• Human or animal consumption;
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications;
• Compounding under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act;
• Performance enhancement or aesthetic purposes;
• Any consumer, agricultural, or commercial applications; or
• Educational demonstrations involving human or animal subjects.

Please note that the foregoing list is not exhaustive, and Pioneer Labs USA LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s account at any time, with or without notice, if the Customer violates these Terms or if we believe the Customer has violated or intends to violate these Terms.
