Regulatory Status

Pioneer Labs USA LLC is not a manufacturer, compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of that Act.

Pioneer Labs USA LLC does not open sealed containers and does not itself inspect or test product. Where analytical testing is carried out, it is performed by the independent laboratory identified on the certificate of analysis, which opens and samples the material it tests. A certificate reflects that lot, those parameters, and the date shown on it.

Products are supplied as is and without warranty, on the terms set out in the terms of sale. If an order arrives damaged, or is not what was ordered, the terms of sale set out how that is handled and the time limit for raising it.

Refusal of service

Any communication which leads us to believe that a customer will use, or intends to use, these products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in the order being refused.

A refusal is recorded. The email address and the delivery address from a refused order are checked against every order placed afterwards, and a refusal is permanent.

The following uses will result in refusal. The products shall not be used for:

Documentation & testing

Where analytical documentation is published for a lot, it is tied to that lot number and reflects only the sample and the parameters tested by the issuing laboratory on the date shown. A certificate of analysis is not a guarantee of the properties of any other lot, and it is not a representation that a material is suitable for any particular research application. Purchasers remain responsible for confirming identity, purity, and fitness for their own protocols. Availability of documentation varies by material and by lot; where none is published for a lot, none should be assumed.

Privacy & order records

The acknowledgment given at the site's entry notice, including the research area selected there, stays in the visitor's own browser and is not sent to us. Creating an account and placing an order create records that include your name and contact details, your delivery address, your order history, and the research purpose you select and the confirmations you give at checkout. These records are used to confirm eligibility, to fulfill and support orders, and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and they are checked against the refusal and prohibited-use criteria set out in the RUO disclaimer.
