Privacy policy

This policy describes how Pioneer Labs USA LLC handles information in connection with this website. It covers this site only, and does not cover any separate site, ordering system, or correspondence conducted outside it.

Two things you submit are sent to us and kept. Submitting the wholesale enquiry form sends the organization name, contact email and description of intended use that you enter. Completing the compliance gate sends the name you sign with, the time of signing, and which version of the policies you agreed to. Both are held in a database operated on our behalf by Supabase and are visible only to Pioneer Labs USA LLC. The checkout form is still processed entirely inside your own browser and is discarded when you reload or close the page. No account or password is created, and no payment details are requested or handled anywhere on this site.

The site stores a small amount of state in your browser's local storage so it is usable across pages: the contents of your cart, any items you have saved, and your acknowledgement of the compliance policies, including the name you signed with and the date. The cart and saved items stay on your device only — they are never transmitted to us and we hold no copy of them. The acknowledgement is the exception: as described above, a record of the name and time is also sent to us and kept. Clearing your browser's site data removes everything held locally.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information your browser sends in order to deliver pages and protect the service — typically your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of each request. That information is handled by the host under its own terms as part of serving the site.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Each page view records the time, the page address, the page that referred you, an approximate location no more precise than city level, your device type, and your browser and operating system version. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the request rather than a stored identifier, and that is discarded after 24 hours, so what we see is aggregate traffic rather than a record of an individual's browsing.

This site runs no advertising, remarketing or social media tracking, and sets no third-party cookies. Fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from a font provider. Three outside services are involved: Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics described above; Supabase stores the enquiries and acknowledgements described above; and the Pioneer Labs logo is served from pioneerlabsusa.com, so displaying it means your browser makes a request to that server, which will see your IP address, browser type and the page you are viewing. No other third-party content is loaded.

This site is intended for qualified researchers aged 21 or over, as set out in the compliance policies and the RUO disclaimer. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information held about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. We hold the wholesale enquiries and compliance acknowledgements described above, and will act on a request concerning them. The local storage described above sits on your own device and is cleared by clearing your browser's site data. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you individually, so there is generally no individual record within it to retrieve or erase.

This policy reflects how the site works as of September 2026. It will be revised if the site begins processing orders or payments, adds customer accounts, or otherwise changes what it collects, and the revised version will be posted here.
