How payment works.
Know what happens before you place an order.
Available for new orders
You can pay with Zelle, USDC on Base or Bitcoin. You pay from your own bank or wallet after you place an order; nothing is charged by this website at checkout.
Orders paid with Zelle, USDC on Base or Bitcoin receive a 5% payment discount, applied automatically at checkout. The saving is calculated on your item subtotal after pack pricing and appears in your order summary.
Cards and digital wallets are not currently available. We only offer a method when we can provide working payment instructions.
Place your order, then send payment
- Review your materials, delivery address and total, then place your order.
- Your confirmation shows the exact amount, recipient and order number. These details also remain in your account while payment is due.
- Zelle: send the exact total, including cents, to payments@pioneerlabsusa.com from your bank’s Zelle screen, with your order number as the memo so we can match your payment. Your bank will show the recipient as Pioneer Labs USA LLC. Zelle payments can’t be reversed, so check the amount and the recipient before you send.
- Zelle limits: banks often limit the first payment to a new recipient to about $500. For a larger order, send it in two parts, with the same order number as the memo of each.
- USDC: send the exact amount shown on your order, to the last digit, in USDC on the Base network only, to the address shown. The amount is unique to your order, down to the digits after the cents: that is how we match your payment, so don’t round it. Your order confirms itself, usually within a minute. If your wallet or exchange sent a different amount, give us the transaction hash on your order page and we’ll check the payment by hand. USDC sent on another network, or any other token, cannot be recovered.
- Bitcoin: on your order page, tap Pay with Bitcoin and pay the invoice before it expires. Our secure payment page shows the exact BTC amount, held at the current rate for 15 minutes, with a QR code. If it expires before you pay, open a fresh one from your order, and never send Bitcoin to an expired invoice’s address. Your order confirms itself after one network confirmation, usually 10 to 30 minutes.
- Payment must reach us within 48 hours of the order being placed. After that, an unpaid order may expire and its reserved stock may be released.
- We confirm the funds before preparing your order. Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; submitting an order is not payment confirmation.
Canceling a paid order
Contact support with your order number before packing begins. Paid Zelle orders canceled in time are refunded with no processing fee. If you cancel an order you paid in USDC or Bitcoin, we may deduct a processing fee of up to 10% to cover nonrecoverable transaction costs.
Check your payment status
Awaiting payment means funds have not been confirmed. Checking payment means a payment is being reviewed. Paid means we have confirmed it. If you have already sent payment, do not send it again while you wait for confirmation; contact support with your order number.
If an order has expired or been canceled, contact support before sending any funds. Do not use payment details from an old order for a new order.
