Every material listed in this catalog is supplied for laboratory research, analytical, and in-vitro use only. Nothing offered here is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No content on this site — listings, specifications, or documentation — is medical advice. Materials must not be administered to humans or animals, used in compounding under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or used for performance, cosmetic, agricultural, or consumer applications.

Purchaser requirements

Access to pricing and ordering is limited to purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who are qualified researchers, or who are acting on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or comparable organization. By requesting access you confirm that you have the training, equipment, and facilities to handle laboratory materials safely, and that you are responsible for compliance with the laws and institutional rules that apply where you operate. Pioneer Labs USA LLC may decline or revoke access at its discretion, including where an order or communication indicates an intended use outside these terms.

Documentation & testing

Where analytical documentation is published for a lot, it is tied to that lot number and reflects only the sample and the parameters tested by the issuing laboratory on the date shown. A certificate of analysis is not a guarantee of the properties of any other lot, and it is not a representation that a material is suitable for any particular research application. Purchasers remain responsible for confirming identity, purity, and fitness for their own protocols. Availability of documentation varies by material and by lot; where none is published for a lot, none should be assumed.

Privacy & access records

Requesting catalog access or placing an order creates a record that may include your name, organization, contact details, shipping address, and order history. These records are used to verify eligibility, to fulfil and support orders, and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and they are checked against the refusal and prohibited-use criteria set out in the RUO disclaimer. Records are retained only for as long as those purposes require.
